INTRODUCTION
PMCS are performed to keep the 200 kW TQG in operating condition. Inspect the TQG within specified intervals so defects
are found and corrected or problems are reported before any serious damage or failure occurs. Do the PMCS per Table 1.
Pay attention to WARNINGs and CAUTIONs. A WARNING means someone could be hurt. A CAUTION means
equipment could be damaged.
NOTE
Designated intervals are performed under usual operating conditions. PMCS intervals must be performed
more frequently when operating under unusual conditions.
BEFORE PMCS is done before you start and operate the 200 kW TQG.
DURING PMCS is done while the equipment and/or its component systems are in operation.
AFTER PMCS is done immediately after operating and shutting down the 200 kW TQG.
