NOTES:
1. Dimensions shown are in inches.
2. Refer to TM 9–6115-641-24P for materials
required.
PROCEDURES:
1. Cut wire (1) to length indicated.
2. Strip 0.75 inch of insulation from each end of
wire (1).
3. Position insulation sleeving (2) on center of wire,
mark with wire number”108A2" and shrink to fit.
4. Mark insulation sleeving (3) with “POSITIVE”
and slide over one end of wire (1).
5. Mark insulation sleeving (4) with “NEGATIVE”
and slide over one end of wire (1),
6. Crimp and solder terminal (5) on end of wire (1)
with insulation sleeving (3). Install with bolt
orientation as shown and battery post hole
tapering open to far side.
7. Crimp and solder terminal (6) on end of wire (1)
with insulation sleeving (4). Install with bolt
orientation as shown and battery post hole
tapering open to far side.
8. Position insulation sleeving (3) and (4) as shown
and shrink to fit.
