B. INSPECTION.
1.
Inspect load and ground terminals for corrosion, evidence of electrical short, and obvious damage. Check
for crossed, stripped, or flattened threads.
2.
Inspect EMI filter for obvious damage. Inspect electrical wiring for cuts, abrasions, or bare wire. Ensure
connectors are securely fastened.
3.
Inspect output panel cover for dents, cracks, or other damage. Check security of attachment. Ensure
cover lock operates smoothly, free of binding.
4.
Remove and replace any component that is damaged to the extent that it will effect the safe operation of
the generator set.
