CAUTION
When input power is energized, all 3-phase
indicator lights should illuminate. If all three
lights are not illuminated, immediately turn off
the input power and notify the next higher level
of maintenance. Damage to the equipment
being energized may occur if the problem is not
corrected.
Maintenance
personnel

consult the troubleshooting chart, Table 3-1, to
determine the problem.
