4-38. LUBRICATION OIL PRESSURE SWITCH MAINTENANCE - cont.
C. INSTALLATION.
CAUTION
Pressure switch (2) is fragile. Do not overtighten. Apply light pressure while
tightening to prevent switch from breaking off in engine.
1.
Apply teflon tape to the threads of lubrication oil pressure switch (2, Figure 4-29). Install switch into
engine crankcase.
2.
Connect electrical wires (1) to pressure switch (2).
3.
Service engine oil (Para. 4-1) as required.
