Master ON-OFF switch in APU control unit set to
OFF.
Air filter removed (para 4.45.).
Materials/Parts
Wiring Harness, Engine P1

INSPECT
Visually inspect for damaged wires or components.
TEST
a. Refer to Table 5-2 and use a Multi-meter to test for continuity between connector P1 pins (5,
Figure 5-20) and corresponding leads.
b. If no continuity is found in one or more positions, repair or replace control interconnect cable.
c. Using a Multi-meter, test for continuity between each pin position and connector shell of P1.
d. If continuity is found in one or more pin positions, repair or replace wiring harness.
WARNING
Ensure that APU DC power supply is disconnected.
Failure to observe this warning could result in severe
injury or DEATH to personnel.
WARNING
Ensure that the APU is turned off and completely de-
energized. Failure to observe this warning could result
in severe injury or DEATH to personnel.
NOTE
Disconnect test leads one at a time, observe each
location. Reconnect after testing.
