nuts and cable nuts and pull cables from box. Be careful
not to damage the "O" rings (4).

Removable Rack Assembly
(Fig. 22-9)
a.
Removal. Pull the quick-release pins, unscrew
the screw-knobs, and remove the rack from the trailer.
b.
Repair. Repair of the rack assembly consists of
replacing the clamps (1), the
runners
(24),
the
nylon
runners
(22),
and
the
straightening
and
welding
of
the
braces
and
longitudinals.
c.
Installation. Installation is reverse of removal
procedure a above.

Curbside Rack Assembly
(fig. 22-10)
a.
Removal. Remove the nuts, washers, stiffeners,
and capscrews that secure the rack to the floor of the
trailer. Remove the capscrews and washers that secure
the rack to the side of the trailer. Remove the rack.
b.
Repair. Repair of the rack assembly consists of
replacing the clamps (1), the runners (22), the nylon
runners (24), and the straightening and welding of the
braces and longitudinals.
c.
Installation. Installation is reverse of removal
procedure a above.
