This fault code means the GSC detected a short to B+ or B- on one of the lines (P7-21 and
P7-22) of the CCM data link. The CCM output is not used.

FMI 09 - Abnormal Update.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
STEP 1.
Troubleshoot data link per WP 0013, SYMPTOM 7.
STEP 2.
If the problem is not resolved, replace ECM (WP 0082).
STEP 3.
Verify the problem has been resolved.
