specified set faults. The
voltage regulator senses AC
generator output voltage and
provides control voltage to the
AC generator exciter to maintain
the desired AC generator output
voltage.
The position of the
AM-VM transfer switch selects
the output load terminals from
which current and voltage are
measured and are indicated on
the AC voltmeter (VOLTS AC) and
the ammeter (PERCENT RATED
CURRENT).
