Engine does not develop full power.
Inspect fuel filter/
water separator (see
para. 3.3.7).
Check for contaminated fuel
(see para. 3.3.6) or incorrect
grade of fuel (Table 3-3).
Replace fuel filter/
water separator. Refer
to TM 9-2815-260-24.
Using fuel drain valve (figure
4-1), drain fuel into suitable
container. Service fuel tank (see
para. 3.3.6.). Bleed fuel lines.

Check FAULT INDICATOR
on CIM display screen. Is a
fault displayed? (Fig. 2-2)

evidence of air bubbles or
fuel line obstruction?
Inspect muffler and
exhaust pipe
(see para. 4.9.1.).
Unblock or replace fuel lines as
necessary (see para. 4.11.1).
Bleed and tighten fuel lines.
