1-8 GENERAL.
The generator sets, models MEP-803A and MEP-813A, (FIGURE 1-1) are fully enclosed, self-contained, skid-
units, The generator sets consist of a diesel engine, brushless generator, excitation system, speed governing system,
fuel system, 24 VDC starting system, control system and fault system.
